Kareena Kapoor Blind??

Kareena Kapoor
Kareena Kapoor, the gorgeous Indian actress who has recently refused to act with Randbhir Kapoor, her cousin, is now going to first time work with Sanjay Dutt in a new movie. The director of the movie will be Mahesh Manjrekar.

The movie will portray Kareena Kapoor as a blind girl who falls in love with a ugly boy. Its obvious that the role of the ugly boy will be done by none other than, Sanjay Dutt. The director of the movie stated that the movie is going to be different. Keeping Kareena Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in mind, the story was written.

Befor Kareena, Rani Mukharji remains the one who had done the role of a blind girl with brilliant effort. Now its time for Kareena to prove herself. The question arises that would this role of a blind but beautiful girl would suit her and how much justice she is going to do with it?

Health!
when it comes to external beauty, it is prudent to first to maintain internal beauty and that can be done without complications. My first idea to maintain your beauty is
avoid fairness creams that are shown in televisions. They are not that effective as shown, these creams contain chemicals that are not suitable for skin and why rely on such creams when we know herbal tips to maintain natural beauty?
Drink lots of water , at least 2 litre a day, to maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. Juices are also required for healthy skin. Proteins, Vitamins, Fiber, Carbohydrates etc should be taken in equal quantity.

Exercises daily to help your circulatory system. Circulation of blood boasts up hair growth and help you maintain a healthy body, nails and hair. You can take almost two hours in a day for yourself.

Prepare a mask of egg and yogurt, adding oil for your hair ( will provide proteins to hair and will encourage healthier, longer and stronger hair)
Drink one glass of milk a day, that will provide you with iron, which is good for bones. Iron deficiency is common but is dreadful because it causes Anemia, and other diseases as well. Eat as much green vegetables as you can. Spinach, green chilly, mint, cabbage etc. Avoid drinking and smoking! Exercise at least half an hour a day and at least five days a week. It will make you feel strong. Devote one day of the week to treat yourself. Stick to the diet plan that you feel suitable to you and once you have tried it for a week you can change your diet plan.

Life is very busy. One have so many works and responsibilities to perform daily. Working women housewives, whatever you are , exercises is as much important as any other work.

If you are doing the same exercises everyday, your weight will be stuck instead of reducing. Change and and increase your exercises day by day.

DO NOT starve yourself, assuming that this will help you reduce your weight. Many deaths have occurred in the past because of this utter foolishness.

Avoid fizzy drinks, ice creams, chocolates, and DOUGHNUTS!. Sweets are also included however, you can have a buttered toast in breakfast ( suggests Dr Khuram)

Another tip to maintain your body is to have a number of meals but in small quantity ( suggests Dr. Shaista Wahidi and she follows it herself)

These tips will really help you to become slimmer and stronger and attractive!!!

Where Is Our Culture??

Where Is Our Culture?

The world is, no doubt progressing rapidly, but the progression had not only been made in the fields of science, technology, but entertainment and Fashion as well. So why should Pakistan stay behind! Following the footsteps of developed countries, Pakistan strives harder and harder to make progress. But I am afraid to say that instead of making constant progress in industrial and other fields such as science and technology, our Fashion industry continues to progress. The progression is obvious in the photos above.

Each country has its own fashion culture and they are promoting it as much as they can. Some of the countries are following the fashion techniques of Hollywood including India. I am not concerned with what others are doing but something that makes my blood boil is that our country is following the same cultures, instead of promoting our beautiful culture.
I grew up, reading the boards outside the jewelry shops. These notes are the following

Kashish ki baliyan dastyab hain!
Kumkum ki choriyan yahan se milen gi.
Parvati ki sariyan tasteyab han

But where is our culture?

All the fashion designers are designing materials which have never been the part of our culture. Our models feel uncomfortable while wearing hijab and shalwar kameez. The more we expose our self, the more exposure and stardom we get, these are the reviews of today’s generation of Pakistan. We are more concerned what Kareena and Katrina are doing but we are not concerned with the teachings of our religion! Are we?

A question, I must ask everybody that exposing yourself gives you exposure?
Another question is that are we not destroying our traditions and culture by following traditions of others?

Vulgarity is not our culture but seeing the conditions, I am afraid to say that vulgarity would eclipse our fashion industry if no step is taken by the concerned authorities in future.
